Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds, but Wi-Fi connection is limited to certain areas, which can be inconvenient. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating, making the stay feel welcoming and personalized. The central location provides easy access to city amenities and is just a short drive from the beach. The dining experience is satisfying but lacks variety in offerings.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and a very large, comfortable bed. Special thanks to Fernando for arranging to post my iPad to me in Lisbon when I left it at the hotel. The service was unbelievably polite and helpful. The location was superb for the Camino and city center activities, though the early morning rooster noise was a bit bothersome. The dining experience was quite good, though the breakfast options were not the largest. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!
The hotel is conveniently located in the city center with free parking in front, but the rooms and external appearance seemed a bit tired and old. The service provided by the staff was very nice and accommodating, akin to an old friend, especially for non-Portuguese speakers. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of options, though the rude breakfast lady on a particular day was a downside. The hotel's facilities were average, lacking any standout features.
